Chicken Nuggets
  1 cup all-purpose flour
  4 teaspoons seasoned salt
  1 teaspoon paprika
  1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
  8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
In a resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients.  Pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces.  Place chicken pieces, a few at a time, into bag and shake to coat.  Heat oil in a skillet;  cook chicken, turning frequently, until browned and juices run clear, about 6 to 8 minutes.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings
